Leasing Process
Applicants are required to complete and submit an application with a $50 application fee. We are seeking a credit score of 650 to approve
anyone without the need for a co-signor.
Prior to moving tenants must pay first month rent, last month rent, and security deposit equal to one month rent.
A security deposit is required to reserve any rental. Once a deposit is received and applicants are approved the rental is removed from
the open market. The initial deposit is only refundable should you not be approved for the property.
Once applicants have been approved and deposit paid a lease will be drafted and emailed to all applicants for review and signature.
All applicants will have 7-10 days to execute and return the lease agreement with the next payment installment.
All payments prior to moving in are made payable to "ALLEGIANCE REAL ESTATE LLC"
