(B) 8 ¼” x 3 ½” Bolt
(C) 16 ¼” Hex Nuts
(D) 16 ¼” Flat Washers
(E) 24 2 ½” #8 Screws
(F) 8 2 ¼” #6 Screws
(G) 16 Plastic Bolt Caps
(H) 1 English Instruction Sheet
(I) 1 Spanish Instruction Sheet
Tools Required
- Drill
- 1/8” Drill Bit
- Phillips Screw Bit
- 7/16” Wrench
Preparation
- Compare all parts and check against parts list
- Compare all hardware and check against hardware list
Notes
- Approximate Assembly Time is 1 Hour
- Do not attempt to assemble if any parts or hardware is missing or damaged
- Call Customer Service at 1-800-732-4058 EST for replacement parts or hardware
Helpful hints
Mfg. suggests that product is painted or stained PRIOR to assembly
(Table has 70 square feet of surface coverage)
Mfg. suggest pre-drilling all screw holes with 1/8” drill bit
Mfg. suggest retightening all bolts after several weeks of use
Dear Customer,
This product has been manufactured from construction grade lumber. Construction grade lumber is a product sawn from trees
created by nature and as such, has defects that are characteristic of the grade. These defects include small holes, knots, lack of wood or torn
grain along the edges of the piece, cracking checking, crook, twist, and pitch pockets that may exude sap. Any of the defects, limited in
number, are permissible for promotional products.
This product is built and merchandised as a promotional product and as such is not to be misconstrued as fine piece of furniture.
Our limited warranty does not cover the natural lumber defects as described above.
You can protest your product to increase its life by applying an even coat of good stain or sealer. If sap exudes from any board,
clean with turpentine.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Products are warranted by the manufacturer to the original buyer, as limited hereby, to be free from defects in workmanship. The manufacturer’s warranty obligation is limited to the repair, or, at
manufacturer’s election, to the shipment to the original buyer of a replacement, or any part which within two (2) months from the date of original shipment by the manufacturer, shall be
established, to the satisfaction of the manufacturer, to have been defective when subjected to ordinary and normal use and assembly instructions have been followed by the buyer.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind and the warranties extended hereunder shall be inapplicable if any product, component, assembly, or part
has been altered or repaired without manufacturer’s authority or is subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or if assembly instructions have not been complied with. This product is desgined for
the intended use as furniture and/or picnic table.
Not withstanding any provision of this warranty, this warranty is the on warranty extended by the manufacturer in connection with any sales of products by it and in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness of purpose.

-Lay Assembled top (A) upside down.
-Fasten (2) Table Legs © to inside of Table.
Top nailer with (2) ¼” x 5 ½” Bolts per leg.
-Fasten Seat Support (D) to outside of (2) Table
Legs © with (4) ¼” x 3 ½” Bolts
-Repeat for other Table Legs and Seat Support
STEP 2
-Fasten Brace (E) to Seat Support (D) &
Assembled Table top (A) with (4) 2 ¼”
Screws per Brace Note
-Make sure Leg Units are square with Table Top
-Tighten all Bolts after fastening Brace (E)
-Apply Plastic Bolt Caps to all Bolt Ends
STEP 3
-Turn table Top Side Up
-Fasten Seat Boards (B) to Seat Supports (D)
with (4) 2 ½” #8 Screws per Seat Board
STEP 4
-Turn Table Upside Down
-Fasten Center Seat Nailer (F) to center of
Seat Boards (B) with (4) 2 ½” #8 Screws per
Center Seat Nailer
