EC Bristol: Standard Print Hall
Residence
Print Hall is in the heart of Bristol, set near the beautifully landscaped Castle Park
and River Avon. Situated less than half a mile from Bristol Temple Meads train
station and the main shopping area of Cabot Circus. Print Hall is ideally situated to
take advantage of the range of activities that Bristol has to offer. Whether it’s a
late-night show at the historic Bristol Hippodrome, diving into the past at Brunel’s
SS Great Britain, or exploring Banksy’s urban art on Gloucester Road there is
something for everyone.
Print Hall is a modern residence, hosting students from Bristol’s main universities
and many other local colleges. There is a 24-hour security team on site, which can
help you with the check-in procedure if you arrive outside of business hours. Wifi is
included in every room and common spaces. There is an on-site gym available for
students to keep fit, secure cycle parking and pay as you go laundry facilities.
Students are welcome to relax and play pool or table tennis in the common room or
study in the quiet area. We have two room types to choose from, all with en-suite
bathrooms. You can choose between a single room within a cluster flat where you
share communal areas (kitchen and living space) with 6 other EC students, or if you
prefer peace and quiet you can stay in your own studio flat. Both room options
include a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, study desk with drawers and a desk chair.
En-suite single room in cluster flat: Each cluster flat has 7 private single rooms
which all have their private bathrooms. The open plan kitchen area is shared with
other EC students. The kitchen includes 2 large fridge freezer combos, 2 ovens, 2
separate hobs, 2 microwaves, toaster, kettle and an iron and ironing board. There is
also one large table where all students can sit and enjoy their meals together. In
addition, there is a small living space with sofas and one TV.
Studio: The studio room is very similar to the single room in a cluster flat but it has
its own kitchenette including a fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and all other
essentials that you require to cook. There are no TVs in the studios.
