Every
employee
deserves
great
leadership
and
they must
be
treated
with
the
infinite worth,
dignity,
and
respect
they
deserve.
Our
core
values
of
Honor,
Courage,
and
Commitment
are
central
to
our
dedicated
service
to
this
Nation;
as
such,
we

Opportunity
(EEO)
and

these
principles

Equal
Employment
Opportunity
is
essential
to
good

morale,
discipline
and
combat
readiness.
It
is
the
right
thing to
do,
and
we
can
afford nothing
less.
All
Federal

applicants
for

former

complaints
of
discrimination or unlawful
harassment

on race,
color,
sex,
religion, national origin,
age,
physical

In
order
to initiate
the
EEO
complaint
process,
aggrieved
persons
must
contact
an
EEO
counselor
or
official
within
their
command
and
initiate
pre-complaint
procedures.

lowest
level
possible.
Management
officials
will
initiate
prompt, thorough,
and
impartial
inquiries
of
all
allegations
upon
knowledge
or
notification.
If
management
finds
that
discrimination,
sexual,

report
accordingly.
The
goal
is
