SPORTS PASS REGISTRATION
Texas A&M students register for a sports pass online through the
HOWDY portal during designated times. Sports passes will be billed to
student fee statements produced by the university. Sports passes added
prior to Aug. 25 will be billed on fall fee statements released in August.
A sports pass includes all home football games for the season
as well as home events for all ticketed sports in both the fall
and spring semesters (Soccer, Volleyball, Track & Field, Men’s
Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Baseball and Softball). SEC/
NCAA postseason and high school events hosted by Texas A&M
are not included.
Sports passes are only valid for currently enrolled, registered
students at Texas A&M.
SPORTS PASS PRICING

SPORTS CARDS FOR FOOTBALL TICKET PULL
Students who purchase a sports pass receive a sports card that is
valid throughout their career at Texas A&M if a new sports pass is
purchased each year.
Sports cards may be picked up Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the ticket windows located at the
north end of Kyle Field near Entry 6.
Sports cards are used for football ticket pull only. Students must
present their valid, legible Texas A&M student ID for admission
into all ticketed events.
STUDENT TICKETS FOR HOME FOOTBALL GAMES
Sports pass holders will present their sports card at the student
ticket windows on their assigned pull day to receive a reserved
student ticket.
At the same time, sports pass holders have the option to
purchase one (1) guest ticket at full price, if available.
GUEST TICKETS FOR HOME FOOTBALL GAMES
Guest tickets are for attendees who wish to stand in the student
section. Students may only purchase one (1) guest ticket either
prepaid as a season football guest ticket or individually each home
game week. These tickets may be obtained one of three ways:
1. Buy a full price guest ticket (which includes a label).
2. Convert a student ticket by purchasing a guest label (half the
price of a guest ticket).
3. Purchase a sports pass with season football guest ticket for
$850. A limited quantity of season football guest tickets are
available exclusively to sports pass purchasers. If purchased, the
season football guest ticket would include one (1) prepaid guest
ticket for each home football game. The ticket would be pulled
at the same time student tickets are pulled and the guest ticket
holder would stand in the student section. Note: All sales are
final. No refunds will be issued if a season football guest ticket is
not utilized for all home games.
GUEST TICKET AVAILABILITY
Availability of guest tickets varies for each game.
Student tickets may be converted to guest tickets at any time
during the week (including on gameday).
Ticket and payment must be presented together at the time of
conversion.
FOOTBALL TICKET ALLOCATION
Students can choose first, second or third deck at ticket pull, based
on availability.
Seats are then selected randomly from remaining inventory.
Once tickets have been pulled, no exchanges are allowed.
All tickets are final and cannot be exchanged for more seats
together if a group request changes.
FOOTBALL TICKET PULL
Ticket pull begins the Monday morning of each home game week.
Texas A&M students with a valid sports pass will pull tickets
according to academic classification.
Classification is based on number of hours completed or years
completed at Texas A&M, whichever gives the highest priority.
Students with a sports pass are guaranteed a ticket until the
conclusion of freshmen day during a home game pull.
Students without a sports pass (walk-up) may purchase a ticket
on Friday or gameday, if available, by presenting their valid,
legible student ID at the ticket window. Walk-up tickets, when
available, cost approximately half the face value of student guest
tickets.

ROAD GAME TICKETS
Student road game information will be released at a later date
subject to availability.
ENTRANCE TO OTHER SPORTS
Students with a sports pass will present their valid, legible Texas
A&M student ID for admission at all other eligible ticketed sporting
events on a first-come, first-served basis.
Student guest tickets and student walk-ups are sold the day of
the event at the venues for each sport, subject to availability.
A valid, legible Texas A&M student ID is required to purchase
student tickets.
REPLACEMENT SPORTS CARDS
Lost or stolen sports cards may be replaced at the 12th Man
Foundation Ticket Center located at the north end of Kyle Field.
A $20 fee for a replacement card may be paid with cash/credit
card.
Replacement sports cards will only be issued to students
presenting a valid, legible Texas A&M student ID.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available to students who do not enroll or who
withdraw from the university during the fall semester.
If a student registers for a sports pass and does not enroll at
Texas A&M or withdraws from the university, they must submit a
refund request form on www.12thmanfoundation.com/students.
Sports passes are not automatically removed upon withdrawal.
This includes students who have not yet picked up their sports
card.
The deadline to request a refund is prior to the last home
football game.
If a student withdraws from the university during the fall
semester, a prorated refund based on the refund request date,
withdrawal date and the remaining games’ ticket prices will
determine the refund amount.
Students who withdraw or graduate after the season is
completed will not receive a refund. The all sports portion is not
eligible for a refund.
If a student inadvertently selects multiple passes, a full refund
will be issued for the duplicate pass. Students should contact the
12th Man Ticket Center at 888-99-AGGIE.
RESALE OF STUDENT TICKETS IS PROHIBITED
Student sports passes are heavily subsidized by season ticket
holders. Former students and Aggie fans have long been committed
to maintaining the quality and size of the student allotment at Kyle
Field. In return, Texas A&M students – the 12th Man – are expected
to honor this commitment by not reselling their student tickets for
profit.
These tickets (home and away) are for student use only.
Texas A&M students are prohibited from reselling sports passes
and student tickets (home or road) for profit.
Students found to be in violation of this policy will be penalized.
Penalties include the cancellation of sports passes, cancellation
of tickets already pulled and the loss of sports pass privileges for
the duration of their Texas A&M career.
