Check your eligible courses: Know the courses that you are eligible based on your qualification
Apply for the eligible courses (Note: you can apply for multiple course)

Q: Can I apply for more than one course?
A: YES. You can apply for more than one Course/s to multiple department/s depends on your Eligibility criteria.

Q: How many times I can edit my Application?
A: You can’t edit details but you can remove your application before you proceed for payment. Once you done
with payment then you can’t remove your application.

Q: Is the online registration is mandatory for all the candidates applying for the UG/ PG Master’s admission?
A: YES. Online registration is mandatory for ALL the candidates applying for the UG / PG Masters / Diploma /

Q: Can two candidates apply from the same account?
A: NO. Only single candidate can apply from an account.

A: Respective Course/s haven't started their Pre Admission Process for Academic Year 2020-2021 yet

Q: What are the modes of paying application fees?
A: Card Payment is the only one option available for paying application fees.

Q: I have made payment through card but I still haven't got the receipt?
A: After CAPTURE from Bank you will be able to see 'Pay/Print' option on your dashboard, you will receive a
receipt on that click.

Q: What after Printing Application Form?
A: Please wait for entrance exam Hall Ticket, it will be display in your dashboard.

Q: I want to change Payment Mode?
A: In CCEP portal, there is no facility to change payment mode for Pre-admission.

Q: I am having Category still I am getting full fees Challan?
A: You have filled application form with non-creamy layer certificate then you will get category wise fees. For

Q: If 'End Date of Online Application' is overed, still I am able to pay fees for the Application?
A: NO, you can't pay fee after application date is over.

A: Pre-Admission process with Entrance Exam Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.

Q: My Application status is 'Printed' still I haven't got my 'Hall Ticket' on my login dashboard?
A: "Hall Ticket" will be available to your (Status: Printed) application before 2-3 days of Entrance Exam

A: In Admission you can apply for Hostel, If you choose ‘No’, then you can’t apply for it later under any
circumstances

A: In personal Details, Choose Full name format to be displayed in future records

Q: My payment is deducting from my bank account but in Application Transaction Status shows InProgress /
Failed?
A: In that case first you check your payment is transfer to university or not because many times that debited
amount is again credited in your bank account, so check it.
