FAQs for Specially Priced
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets
Updated July 12, 2023
Who is eligible to purchase the specially priced tickets?
Registrants of the 2023 Girl Scout Convention who purchase a 3-day or 5-day pass are
eligible to purchase specially priced Walt Disney World theme park tickets. Starting
April 28, the convention team began emailing eligible registrants unique entry codes
that they can use to purchase the specially priced tickets, and they will continue doing
so through July 14, 2023.
I purchased a Phenom By Girl Scouts day pass. Am I eligible for the specially priced
theme park tickets?
No, this perk is only for registrants who purchase a 3- or 5-day pass.
When can I use my entry code?
You can use your unique entry code as soon as you receive it through Friday, July 14,
2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET., but we recommend that you do not delay in using your code to
purchase your ticket(s) and making reservations.
My unique entry code is not working. What should I do?
We recommend trying a different internet browser, clearing your cookies, and turning
off pop-up blockers. Additionally, please ensure that all asterisked fields have been
filled out and that required boxes have all been checked. If you’re still having issues
applying the entry code, please complete this form for assistance.
As a reminder, this unique entry code is only valid for one order (for a total of 15
tickets) and is unique to your email. Please do not share.
I meet the requirement, but I didn't receive a code. What should I do?
If you did not receive a code that you believe you are eligible for, perhaps due to using
two different email addresses for registration and hotel reservation, please complete
this form. Please allow up to five business days for us to verify your eligibility and
provide a response. Thank you for your patience.
We have been made aware that many members of council delegations have not received
their codes, likely due to their delegate liaisons reserving hotel rooms for their
delegation using a different email address than individuals used to register themselves
