E0212 Hazard Mitigation Assistance: Developing Quality
Application Elements
is scheduled to be delivered April
11-14, 2022. This is a four-day, in-
meeting from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET daily on the EMI
campus. It is intended for those who are interested in
developing mitigation planning and project grant
application elements for the Unified Hazard Mitigation
Assistance (HMA) grant programs. This includes
individuals at the state, local, tribal, and territorial levels
of governments and private non-profit organizations that
are eligible applicants or sub-applicants
under HMA
grants; and FEMA employees assigned to HMA grant

Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska,
American Samoa, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii,
Nevada, Commonwealth of the Mariana Islands,
Federate States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall
Islands, and Republic of Palau. Due to the high demand
for this training, an annual application process is used to

Integrated Emergency Management (IEM):
Master Exercise Practitioner Program (MEPP):
will begin
accepting online applications May 1, 2022. Applicants
will need to complete all 10 pre-requisites, submit their
application online using the NETC online application
system and indicate their STO as the approving
official. In addition to the standard online application
and pre-
requisite completion, applications will be
required to submit a narrative statement detailing their
qualifications
and linkages to an IPP and a letter of recommendation
