The Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM) has announced
programs that will give University of Notre Dame pre-medical and graduate students
additional opportunities for admission into MU-COM.
Marian Universitys vision is to provide an education distinguished
in its ability to prepare transformative leaders for service to the
world. is program aims to attract a diverse group of students who
have displayed academic excellence and a commitment to osteopathic
medicine by oering multiple pathways toward admission to the
Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Five spots under each track will be reserved for University of Notre Dame
graduates each year. Students will have two options toward acceptance:
Pre-Medical Fast-Track
Program for University of

EARLY DECISION TRACK
Qualifications
Graduate in the spring semester prior to possible
MU-COM matriculation.
Minimum total GPA of 3.50, with a minimum science GPA of 3.30.
Minimum MCAT score of 505, with a minimum biology score
of 127.
Acceptance is contingent upon maintaining grades and
completing pre-medicine requirements.
Benefits
Guaranteed interview in September of senior year if application
is complete.
Guaranteed admission decision within one week of interview.
GUARANTEED INTERVIEW TRACK
Qualifications
Graduate in the spring semester prior to possible
MU-COM matriculation.
Minimum total and science GPA of 3.30.
Minimum MCAT score of 498, with a minimum biology score
of 124.
Acceptance is contingent upon maintaining grades and
completing pre-medicine requirements.
Benefits
Guaranteed interview in October of senior year if application
is complete.
Guaranteed admission decision within one week of interview.

Process
Submit application to American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS) to be received at MU-COM
by July 15 before senior year.
Submit remaining application materials to MU-COM by August 15 before senior year, including recommendation from Center for Health
Sciences Advising or academic advisor.
