Item 8.01 Other Events.
The 237 Park Avenue Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 3.4% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date,
is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing
agreement, dated as of August 9, 2017, relating to the MSSG Trust 2017-237P filed as Exhibit 4.4 to the registrant’s Current Report on
Form 8-K filed on November 16, 2017 (the “MSSG 2017-237P TSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.1(e) of the MSSG 2017-237P TSA, Wells
Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, was removed as special servicer of the 237 Park Avenue Mortgage
Loan and LNR Partners, LLC (“LNR Partners”), a Florida limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of
the 237 Park Avenue Mortgage Loan under the MSSG 2017-237P TSA.
In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of August 26, 2024,
the 237 Park Avenue Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the MSSG 2017-237P TSA, by LNR Partners.
