Q: How Much Will It Cost?

For Sales Associates located in the U.S., there are no additional fees to create

Unique Property Sites. Unique Property Sites are AUTOMATICALLY created for EVERY listing

marketed on CENTURY21.com.

: How Do I Find my Property Site Domain Name?

To market your property site, you must know what your unique domain name is. To find

it, simply login to 21Online.com and click on “Unique Property Site (Edit)” from the My

Listings module on the home page. From here, you can see your property’s unique

domain name and modify the look and feel of your website

: How Do I Edit My Property Sites?

o edit your Unique Property Site, login to 21Online.com. Next click on “Edit Unique

Property Site” from the Tool Library module on the home page. From here you can

update your website and create eFlyers that you can post directly on Craigslist. We

also provide detailed visitor statistics so you can see where your website traffic is

A: All listings are imported via the CREST EDG system. Following a short grace period, all sold

or off the market listings will no longer display as a C21 Unique Property Site. If you require the

property website to be deleted immediately please contact a member of your C21 help desk at

877-221-2765.

: How do I get my website leads?

A: Website leads for your C21 Unique Property Site are routed as per your Office Brokers

directive.

: How can I improve the look of my flyer?

A: Make sure your features and highlights are filled out in CREST. These are the fields that

we dynamically pull each night.

: Why isn’t my photo showing up on my C21 Unique Property Site?

A: The property websites follow the same business rules as CENTURY21.com. These rules are

setup by the office broker and can be modified by the broker.

Q: How do I upload photos to my C21 Unique Property Site?

A: All listing data information (beds, baths, pricing, address, property photos … etc) is imported

via the CREST EDG system. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for updates to appear

on your website.

: Can I add music to my C21 Unique Property Site?

A: No. This feature is not currently available but will be offered later this year.

: Will C21 Unique Property Site work for Rental Properties?

A: No. Currently property sites are only created for residential “For Sale” properties. Unique

Property Sites for commercial “For Sale” properties will be coming soon.

A: Yes. Each property site includes a built-in posting tool allowing you to add your property

Q: What is a Sign Rider?

A: A Sign Rider is a 24" x 6" sign used to advertise your Domain. It is made out of corrugated

plastic and can be attached to any For Sale sign. To view samples please visit

How long does it take to get my Sign Rider?

A: Sign riders are created and shipped out via USPS the next business day the sign is ordered.

The two shipping options we offer are Priority Mail ($6.95 with an average shipping time of 2 to

5 business days) or First Class Mail ($4.95 with an average shipping time of 5 to 14 business

days).

A: As Craigslist does not allow automatic feeds from third parties we cannot automatically post

your listing on Craigslist.org. We do however provide you with an HTML snippet that you can cut

and paste into Craigslist that will automatically pull all your photos, property details etc.
